Decide which one you actually want, because the listings describe both the same way.
Women-only weeks are less common around Lisbon than in Ericeira or the Algarve, though several operators run them in spring and autumn. Mixed camps here tend to be internationally varied and not male-dominated in the way that some advanced-focused camps elsewhere can be.
Getting around and safety
Lisbon has ordinary big-city considerations - pickpocketing on the 28 tram and around Bairro Alto at night is the common complaint, not anything worse. Public transport runs late, ride-hailing is cheap and everywhere, and neither is a problem to use alone in the evening.
Caparica is a quiet beach suburb and the main practical issue is that the bus back to Lisbon thins out late in the evening. If you are based in Caparica and going into the city for a night out, check the last bus or budget for a taxi back - about 20 to 25 euros.
In the water, the hazard worth knowing is rip currents. Caparica is a big open beach and rips form and move with the banks. Surf with the camp rather than paddling out alone on a free afternoon, particularly in the first few days.
